Personal Information Anix Collects
When you deploy the App, we are automatically able to access certain types of information:
* When you are chatting or calling through Anix, Anix collects all chat and call logs.
* Anix collects your customer’s location, email address, and in some cases social profile information.
* Company agent’s names and profile information.
* Information about you and others who may have accessed the App on behalf of your company, such as their name, address, email address, and phone number.
We collect personal information directly from individual through Cookies. “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier.
